General Description

In response to a part of the report (on the cost reduction of 60MHz band Regarding broadcast radio communication system) from the Council for Information and Communication in September, 2014, concerning Regarding broadcast radio communication system to notify the indication such as disasters to local inhabitants, and the guidance to an evacuation site via a loudspeaker, this standard relates to a radio section interface for a relatively easy and low-cost digital simultaneous communication system based on the voice report by the SCPC method, and the like (hereinafter referred to as "Regional Digital Simultaneous Communication System TYPE2".)

Among radio equipment of fixed radio stations performing a regional digital disaster prevention radio communication which uses the radio wave of 60MHz band specified by the Article 58-2-12 of the Ordinance Regulating Radio Equipment, this standard intends to specify three modulation methods for a radio system: 4-Level Frequency Shift Keying (channel space:15kHz), Quadrature Phase Shift Keying (channel space: 7.5kHz) and Quadrature Phase Shift Keying (channel space: 15kHz).

Added guidelines and interface conditions for retransmitting by connecting a transmission device such as a simple radio to the outdoor slave station of the municipal digital broadcast communication system.

2.0 07.06.2016

In order to enable a maker to voluntarily confirm the interconnection (compatibility with a loudspeaker report (by voice)) at the stage of producing the equipment, "The interconnectivity confirmation examination of an individual receiver" was additionally specified and attached to appendix 5 of each part of this standard, and the examination information including the concealment information of the system was added to appendix 4 of each part.

In addition, the clarification of the described subject matter, unification of the notation method, error corrections, and the like was made.
