General Description

For effective frequency utilization, it is demanded that a push-to-talk communication line for broadcasting service should shift from the current FM system to the narrowed digital system.

This technical report specifies to use the real zero single sideband (hereinafter referred to as "RZ SSB”) modulation system which is available for the time being, for the modulation system of the narrowed digital system for the push-to-talk communication line for broadcasting service.

The report assembles a procedure to shift from the FM system to the RZ SSB system and the technical condition of a transmitter and the specification of network quality to contribute to a smooth shift.

The push-to-talk communication line for broadcasting service with the RZ SSB system is carried out according to "2-2 in Article 57 of Ordinance Regulating Radio Equipment ", "The examination standard of Radio Act" and ARIB STD-T62 " Real Zero Single Sideband Modulation System”
