General Description	This technical report specifies the operational guidelines for the terrestrial mobile multimedia broadcasting (hereinafter referred to as "V-Low multimedia broadcasting") by a basic terrestrial broadcasting station, using the transmission system based on the connected segments with the frequency between 99MHz and 108MHz (VHF-Low band). It is enacted for the purpose of contributing to the smooth operation of the V-Low multimedia broadcasting.

General Description

This technical report specifies the operational guidelines for the terrestrial mobile multimedia broadcasting (hereinafter referred to as "V-Low multimedia broadcasting") by a basic terrestrial broadcasting station, using the transmission system based on the connected segments with the frequency between 99MHz and 108MHz (VHF-Low band).

It is enacted for the purpose of contributing to the smooth operation of the V-Low multimedia broadcasting.

-	10.04.2023	Withdrawn. 　"V-Low multimedia broadcasting" service specified with this technical report ended on December 1st, 2022. And the abolishment of this technical report was proposed by VIP Co.,Ltd. responsible for the maintenance and revision of the technical report. Consequently, this technical report was withdrawn.
1.3	07.30.2019	The revised points are as follows. ･Addition of guidelines on receiving performance to contribute to the design and development of receivers. ･Addition of provisions concerning the transmission method of music information. ･Change of the operation regarding time interleaved parameters. ･Addition of certified core broadcasters. ･Clarification of the operation on the information related to regional disaster prevention or safety. ･Correction of clerical errors, etc.
1.2	07.27.2017	The following revisions are implemented. ･Changing the assignment rule of service identification as a method for efficiently receiving disaster prevention and safety information. ･Add elements and available escape characters to disaster prevention and safety information file for expansion of presentation expression at receiver. ･Changing the area type of AC signal due to operation change of disaster prevention and safety information transmission. ･Correction of clerical error, etc. 　AC：Auxiliary Channel
1.1	03.24.2017	As correspondence to expansion and the number of the addressees expansion of the operative service, a parameter of operative time interleave, disaster prevention, the modi operandi which sends safe information to the wide area, the change in a retransmission period, 　and addition of the authorized basic broadcasting organization are added.
