General Description	Among the Specified Low Power Radio Stations defined in the Article 6 of the Regulations for Enforcement of Radio Law, this standard specifies the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) equipment that uses the frequency of 916.7 MHz or more and 923.5MHz or less specified in the Article 49-14, Clause 6 of the Ordinance Regulating Radio Equipment. (This RFID refers to the identification of mobile objects that radio equipment performs by receiving the radio wave emitted from a responder.) The target system is a medium-or-low output power type passive tag system. Note that this standard specifies the technical requirements of the radio equipment comprising an interrogator, an antenna, and a responder, while it does not specify communication protocols between the interrogator and the responder (a standard for interoperability).

1.2	10.09.2026	In response to the establishment of ARIB STD-T125( 920MHz-Band Wireless Power Transmission Equipment for Specified Low Power Radio Station ), the Operational Provisions in the Appendix were revised. Specifically, it was added that Channels 11 and 17, among the radio channels used by radio stations specified in this standard (STD-T107), are also used by radio stations specified in STD-T125, and that, since the latter radio stations are equipped with a carrier-sense function and therefore do not transmit in an environment where radio stations specified in this standard are transmitting continuously or intermittently, the operation of radio stations specified in this standard takes precedence on those channels.
1.1	10.17.2017	This standard has been revised in response to the development of a system by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (to enable various uses of the 920 MHz band low power radio system and various equipment development). The type of radio wave was abolished, and limit of Antenna power was relaxed in case of using low gain antennas.
