General Description	This standard specifies the radio equipment for 90GHz band airport runway foreign object debris detection, which is stipulated in Article 45-13 of the Ordinance for Regulating Radio Equipment. The radar is to immediately detect positions of foreign object debris (FOD) that obstruct aircraft navigation on airport runways and to notify airport operators of FOD information.
