General Description	This Standard specifies the radio equipment of Ultra High Speed Wireless LAN System which uses the radio frequencies of above 59 GHz and below 66 GHz, and is occupied primarily for the radio communication of data transmission (including the facility connected to the telecommunication system) among the specified low power radio stations defined in the Regulations for Enforcement of the Radio Law Article 6-4-2. The Ultra High Speed Wireless LAN System consists of the radio equipment which are the base station equipment, the terminal radio equipment, the data terminal equipment and the backbone network (including the facility connected to the telecommunication system), etc.. This Standard specifies the relevant radio equipment. The Ultra High Speed Wireless LAN System is the system which works for the radio transmission of the digitalized information signal. However, this Standard shall not provide the protocol conditions.

-	09.26.2016	The suppression of ARIB STD-T74 In accordance with Ministerial Ordinance (Ministry of Internal Affairs and Telecommunications Ordinance No.99 November 30, 2015) which amended the part of the Radio Law Enforcement Regulations, etc., the Ultra High Speed Wireless LAN System is undertaken to upgrade as the result of system review for the radio equipment which uses the radio wave of 60 GHz frequency band. In response to this, the new Standard (STD-T117) of “Low Power Data Communication System/60 GHz band Wireless LAN for Very High Throughput Data Communications” is prepared, and consequently the Standard (STD-T74) which is supposed to be no more referred hereafter shall be suppressed.
1.1	11.30.2005	The Ver.1.1 revision is prepared for the definition of spurious emission etc., permissible value, interim measures, measurement method, etc. in accordance with the amendment of the technical regulation for the permissible value of spurious emission intensity.
