General Description

This standard is developed for specifying extended communication functions for Dedicated Short-Range Communication (DSRC) Application Sub-Layer (DSRC-ASL) in order to execute multiple applications on DSRC system specified in the ARIB standard STD-T75 “Dedicated Short-Range Communication (DSRC) System”.

The standard specifies “DSRC Application Sub-Layer (DSRC-ASL)” stated in Chapter 2 and the related Annex part in the Technical report TR-T17 (Ver. 1.0) “Dedicated Short-Range Communication (DSRC) Application Sub-Layer Specification, and Test Items and Conditions for DSRC Land Mobile Station Compatibility Confirmation”.
