General Description	For the radio station that makes simplified radio communication services, defined in the Article 4 Clause 1-25 of the Regulations for Enforcement of Radio Law, this standard specifies on radio equipment of the convenience radio station that uses 150MHz band and 400MHz with 6.25kHz channel spacing specified in the Article 54, Clause 2, etc. of the Ordinance Regulating Radio Equipment. This system is a simple system with sharing information within the group via radio communication. The system configurations are one wave Press Talk method based on the communication between mobile type convenience radio stations, radio station that operates automatically or by remote control, or relayed communication by a repeater radio station.

1.3	12.18.2012	The allocation of operating frequency to 150MHz band, and the like is added to this standard in conjunction with the Notification of the allocation of operating frequency to 150MHz band.
1.2	07.15.2010	Error corrections and clarification of the explanation are made to the description of the voice encoding method associated with privacy scrambling of the 4-L Frequency Shifting Keying(4FSK) in Part 3.
1.1	03.18.2009	Clarification of the specification of the carrier sense based on the amended Notification of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (ORE, the Notification of MIC 2009 No.128 and the related), clarification of the carrier monitoring and the specification of the indication during talking (ORE, the Notification of MIC 2009 No.128 and the related), and clarification of the specification of standard sensitivity of a receiver are made.
