General Description

This standard specifies access control schemes of terrestrial multimedia broadcasting by Media Forward Link Only system (hereinafter referred to as MediaFLO system), among terrestrial multimedia broadcasting systems for mobile and portable terminal using radio wave of frequency less than 222MHz more than 207.5MHz(VHF-High band), and applying OpenCA framework which supports Simulcrypt.

Also, this standard is published as ARIB standard by reconsidering TIA-1146 standard (Forward Link Only Open Conditional Access (OpenCA) Specification) enacted by TIA (Telecommunications Industry Association) of America, and written in English.
